靜園

靜園位於鞍山道（過去的日租界宮島街），本來叫做「乾園」，建於1921年，是民國初年參議院議員、駐日公使陸宗輿的住宅。

靜園是一組東、西方混合型庭院式住宅。四周由高6.5公尺的圍牆和門樓圍繞。前院迎面是主樓，二層樓磚木結構，局部三層，中央亭子突出。從底層的門廳、過廳到二、三樓陽臺以及亭子間都是逐層往裏縮退，立面顯得高大且穩重，十分壯觀。正立面為非對稱式。

西半部建有外走廊；東半部為封閉式，主要房間面積很大，突出前簷的陽臺和大採光窗，更增加了主樓立面效果。一樓有配膳房和酒吧間、大餐廳、會議室、會客廳……等；二樓有起居室、書房、寢室……等。裝飾的護牆板、壁櫥、博古架、書架等都非常講究。

前院是花園，有楊樹、槐樹、丁香樹、藤蘿架、葡萄架、金魚池等，甬路用鵝卵石鋪成，十分幽靜。靠東面圍牆有傳達室、廚房和汽車庫等。後院由一段小遊廊和前院隔開，有一幢內廊式磚木結構小樓，共計十六個房間，主樓西端外廊處又伸出一座長17公尺、寬1.5公尺的遊廊，劃分出西跨院。

1929年7月，清遜帝溥儀攜婉容、文秀由張園遷此居住。由溥儀改名為「靜園」取「靜觀其變」之意，溥儀在這裡住了兩年多，直到1931年底在日本人的安排下離開天津前往瀋陽為止，靜園現在是市級文物保護單位，已經修復並佈置成溥儀居住時的陳設。
