親愛的時報旅遊客戶朋友們大家好：
相信大家這兩天在傳播媒體上，都已看到中時媒體集團股權轉換的消息。的確中時媒體集團余董事長已將股權移轉給旺旺集團蔡董事長個人。中國時報旅行社與時報遊學公司，雖然仍有部分股權為余董事長個人擁有，但最大股東為中國時報文化事業公司，因此我們的大老闆也已轉變為旺旺集團蔡董事長。這陣子以來承蒙許多朋友來電關心，目前事情已告塵埃落定，在此感謝大家的關心與問候。
中國時報旅行社自1999年成立至今，已9年有餘，我們由一群來自旅行社多年經驗的同仁組成，提供的旅遊服務遍及國內外世界各地。這兩年來承蒙大家的垂愛與照顧，我們在大眾與特殊行程上的成績都有長足的進步。尤其是古文明旅行、玩家帶路、企業員工旅遊、及海內外遊學、夏令營等都深受各界肯定，今年暑假我們還出了全台唯一的北京奧運棒球加油團，盛況浩大。這也是為什麼在旅遊業這麼不景氣的今年，我們還能有不錯成績的主要原因。
值此集團股權轉變之際，要跟親愛的朋友們報告的是，儘管中時媒體集團擁有者轉換，但因為我們是整個集團包裹出售，關係企業關係不變，兄弟姐妹都還在一起，媒體運用仍有優勢，也沒有牽涉到公司更名問題，基本上目前的營運結構跟過去完全一樣。
中國時報旅行社自成立以來，財務一向完全獨立，且一直由全世界前三大的勤業眾信會計師事務所做財務簽證，目前公司財務正常，現金流量充足，業績穩定。旅行社因是交通部主管特許行業，我們也都依政府規定投有履約保險，且照我們的營業額與保險額對照，我們客戶的保障比主要同業都高出許多。
而且旺旺集團在香港是上市公司，蔡董事長為全球富豪，除旺旺米果外，在台灣有兩個神旺飯店，在大陸也有飯店與休閒產業的投資。如今加入旅行社後，相信未來在休閒旅遊業的規模與影響力勢必更大。依照我們一像堅持的服務品質與精神，一定可以提供大家更好、更超值、更貼心的服務。
