玩家愛德華從14歲開始長途旅行，15歲獨自坐卡車去義大利，多次自助前往北非、中東和亞洲，愛好各種長途長時間的居住旅行。

　
喜歡旅遊的愛德華說：「旅遊就是要認真體驗當地」。所以，當台灣人開始瘋自行車，並願意赴海外體驗單車旅行時，愛德華決定應台灣旅行業者之請，專為台灣單車同好設計了「鐵馬流浪記─漫遊法國羅瓦爾河」單車旅行團，堂堂邁入第3年的此一行程，是體驗南法當地文化和生活的代表作。

　愛德華每年設計的單車旅遊路線都不太一樣，預計今年10月推出全新單車路線「法國普羅旺斯美食文化體驗團」，之後還有西班牙、北非摩洛哥等單車旅遊。

　人生有限，旅行的時間珍貴，愛德華說：「去法國騎車，要用心挑地方。阿爾卑斯山腳的呂貝宏（Luberon），是普羅旺斯周圍騎車最棒的地方了！」。

　愛德華是法國人，擁有高學歷的他懂得生活，也是一位旅行玩家。由於法國就是他的家鄉，所以比起台籍領隊，愛德華硬是多了一個「熟門熟路」的優勢。所以，愛德華設計的行程很Inside，也很有說服力。過去兩年，曾跟過他到法國旅行的台灣客，滿意度都很高。

　普羅旺斯地區雖好，但卻不適合夏天去，因為那邊天氣太熱，且全法國甚至北歐的觀光客都來此佔據旅館和餐廳，不但人擠人，價格也貴，所以愛德華建議，行程不妨避開7、8月，選擇秋高氣爽的10月份出發。

　愛德華為台灣單車旅行同好設計的普羅旺斯行程，大城市有名的景點會去，不是很有名但是有特色的景點也會安排，要到那裏，住城堡般的民宿，吃當地的家鄉菜，遊客可以在鄉間小路騎車，呼吸新鮮的空氣。這樣的普羅旺斯，才算真正的深入。

　在羅瓦爾河單車旅遊時，主要是參觀法國歷史經典城堡，如Azay le Rideau、Villandry、達文西故居、雪濃梭堡、香波堡等；而普羅旺斯則是參觀城堡外，也會參觀修道院和羅馬時代的遺跡，喜歡和別人分享各種知識的愛德華，是最好的說書人，他可以從野外的石頭講到城堡，完整地介紹幾百年的歷史過程。

　愛德華表示，普羅旺斯的單車路線受山區地形影響，並不連續，安排在「呂貝宏（Luberon）」和「CAMARGUE國家公園」。呂貝宏有很多道地典型可愛的小鎮，每個小鎮相距不過幾公里，就有不一樣的特色，如石頭的顏色不同，黃色的老石頭、紅色的老石頭，可以騎腳踏車慢慢欣賞；而CAMARGUE國家公園可以近距離拍照，欣賞野生黑牛、白馬、紅鶴等，就在路旁邊。

　愛德華說旅行是一種享受，不是來苦行的，當然不要笨笨地用兩條腿騎腳踏車來「趕路」，所以困難部份會利用小巴接駁，魚與熊掌皆得，兩全其美。我們要逍遙地遊山玩水，完全不想飆速度，慢慢騎、慢慢參觀，累了隨時都可以停下來，這樣的旅行，才是我們想要的。
